I have tons of things to do, I make these lists & schedules, and it takes me hours to make them. And when I'm done its getting late & I almost never get anything done.

I have to work out, make money, take care of small things, & big things, I have like a fat list of things to take care of... Any suggestions?

    No Joke!

Get Microsoft Outlook and use the calendar. You can schedule any task you can think of: reminders, birthdays, meetings, payments...etc. Then get yourself a Blackberry and sync your email (Outlook) to your phone. If that doesn't get you organized you have other issues to work on.

    Good Luck!

The key to getting things done is to prioritize. Take the most important things first. If it means cutting back on your work out, so be it. Americans try to jam 30 hours of work into a 24 hour day. In the end, nothing gets accomplished. Say you want to paint the bathroom but the sink leaks, take care of the sink first. That way you won't be standing in a puddle wondering which wall to paint first. While that may seem like a simple solution it really is. Take on one project at a time. Reward yourself with a cold drink and go on to the next one. Try being in the military and raising a family at the same time, no small feat, but it can be done. Recruit friends for those projects that seem so daunting. A case of beer goes a long way to help smooth the rough road.
